In Heroes of Dire, a new massively multiplayer tactical role-playing game by Spellbook, our goal for Heroes of Dire was to capture the idea of an adventurer's journal brought to life. Characters are textured, shaded, and lit as though they just emerged from the quelled drawings on a page.
